Meng-Jung (Chloe) Tsai

I am a Ph.D. student in Computer Science at University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), working at Connection Lab, advised by Prof. Leonard Kleinrock. Prior to joining UCLA, I received my bachelor degree in Computer Science at National Chiao Tung University (NCTU) in 2018. My research interests are computer network and systems, congestion control, queueing disciplines, queuing systems.
